The book is intended to fill the gap on the required textbooks in major subjects in
Tourism and Hospitality related secondary (Grades 11 and 12), and tertiary programs,
i.e., Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant
Management; as well as in short-training term training courses under the technical
vocational tourism and hospitality programs in the Philippines.
